Pre-Wedding services included in this package:

Wedding Day services included in this package:
- Full service coordination (up to 10-12 hours)
- Full day on-site management and coordination of vendors
- Assistance in all wedding formalities ranging from processional lineup to cutting the cake
- Trinity Events team members will serve as coordinators & ushers to ensure everything goes as planned
Services included in this package:
- A personal consultation with the bride & groom, and any vendors 6 – 8 weeks prior to your wedding to develop a clear understanding of your vision, goals and requirements for your wedding day and to set a schedule of events
- 8 face-to-face meetings
- Provide advice, ideas and vendor referrals as needed
- Be available to consult, answer any questions, and provide advice at scheduled times prior to your wedding
- Develop a detailed wedding day itinerary with timeline and checklist
- Final vendor confirmation
- Orchestrate rehearsal ceremony and rehearsal reception and ensure all participants understand their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony
- Assist with rental items, if needed
- Work directly with clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other participants to act as wedding day coordinator; up to 8-10 hours
- Oversee all details before and during the ceremony, and during the reception.

- 10 hours on-site full service coordination the day of your wedding

This package is for the couple who is very flexible and deliberate in the selection of services they need. This package allows the couple to dictate specifically what services they need and it can be combined with all the other packages.
